This error created a significant inconvenience and delayed my child's care. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with a lack of accountability. The office manager attributed the mistake to the call center, but no meaningful solution or effort to resolve the issue was offered. The staff appeared indifferent and showed no concern for the impact this had on my child. As a parent, it is extremely unsettling to encounter this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism in a medical setting. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident trusting this office with my child's care. I wish I could give zero stars.

Even days after I felt weird about it but I brushed it off since he is a respected doctor & out of all the years I've seen him, something like this has never happened. I called my mom recently & she said she had a similar experience with him regarding him touching her underwear. It validated what I felt & I feel really disgusted. I hope he is not out there doing this to other people because this is abuse & assault. He spent an hour and a half with me asking questions and trying to brainstorm reasons for my symptoms. He was thorough and gave me the impression that he was really interested in my experience. He is the only Cardiologist who has spent this kind of time with me and who has talked openly about his passion for his work. He became my GP after I was discharged from hospital. I was on meds for seizures. He monitored my medication levels. He's a good man and great doctor. Needed some insurance papers filled out. $15 fee Follow-up phone call to see how kiddo was doing..fee( call was less than 5 mins) but that might just be our insurance not sure we have tricare. If it weren't for how awesome the staff if I would reconsider them and also my kiddo barely needs to see them aside from the usual check up.
