I don't enjoy leaving an unfavorable review for a business but in this instance I have to to help others avoid what we have experienced. John is a nice guy who installed our new AC unit last year. But trying to get any service on that unit afterwards has been next to impossible. I texted/called John starting on June 9th about a recurring issue where our registers in our ceiling are soaked and dripping on the floor. Every week i would get told "you are on the schedule for this week" or "ill be there tomorrow" and then he would never show up, no call or text. i spoke to John, the owner, Friday July 22 and he assured me he would fix the issue first thing monday morning July 25. Well, noon rolls around and i call him and he claims that he said he would "try" for monday which is not what he said at all. He doesn't return texts or phone calls timely and will not call to say hes late or wont bother showing up when he promised. So in 45 days John had stood me up roughly 6 times of saying he would show up to address the problem and then doesn't. This company only cares about getting the revenue from new unit installs and doesnt have the staffing or time to take care of existing customers. I strongly advise anyone to use another company that's capable of servicing customer effectively and timely because these guys simply do not service their existing customers well at all. I regret doing business with this company as the level of service is horrible. John Israel AC will show up timely for the money to install a new unit but good luck getting him to service your unit after the initial install. I called another company and they told me exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue and showed up timely so i don't have to wait 45+ days to resolve the issue. Avoid doing business with this company to save yourself some time and aggravation. They are understaffed to handle their existing customers and only focus on new unit installation and backburner all other issues.
