During the COVID pandemic, you may only enter the building with an appointment, and must submit to a screening and temperature test. Masks are required. Given how sick some of the patients may be on any given day, the extra attention to safety is commendable and appreciated. If you have a lab appointment, there is a small waiting room near the lab office located on the first floor. Upstairs is where the Infusion center is, and there is a spacious and comfortable sitting area, with ample room for social distancing. Every single person I've interacted with in my four visits to date has been professional, knowledgeable and caring, helping make an unwelcome visit a less painful experience.

I was particularly impressed with Rebecca Maphis, who was able to look at images of my patch test results and help me distinguish which ingredients to avoid to help clear up my dermatitis and eczema. I have been treated with far more respect here than I have been at other similar establishments. However, ever since my old doctor left, I have had some problems. The new doctor decided to switch up my medicine regime that had been approved by my old doctor and the state, and this is ill advised when it comes to this type of medicine. He does not seem to be as knowledgeable as a doctor dispensing these medications should be, and it takes a long time for him to sign off on paperwork. Other than that though if you find yourself needing help, I would certainly recommend coastal horizons.
