John is super professional at his job. Anyone who is reading this should be glad they found him. Pre-Approval process was the longest part which was mainly due to me trying to gather up all the documents needed since I had W-2 income and business income, and the other was waiting for the buyer to be ready to close. On the day we opened escrow the loan process was started, we locked in rates a few days later, got conditional approval I believe in 1-2 days(I recall it was 2 things they wanted that John already suspected was going to be requested which was new paystub(escrow opened 5 days before the end of the month, and a letter explaining why an auto lease was no longer in my credit report since I had to pull that report twice because I couldn't find a HOUSE to buy in this crazy market for 3 months). After this was submitted the loan was clear to close another few days later. All in all the whole process took about 10 days including weekends. John is super detail oriented, and he will pretty much cover all the bases that an underwriter will look at.
