My husband and I met Mina through a warm introduction from the Dan Choi real estate team on Halloween 2021. STELLAR COMMUNICATOR: Your loan officer is crucial in working with the many parties involved once starting escrow. Without getting into the details of our transaction, we hit a lot of road bumps due to our VA loan. None of this was Mina's fault but she definitely kept all the balls up in the air that were needed and was a consistent and clear communicator between us (the buyers), our real estate agent, and everyone involved. When we signed the papers at Blue Water Escrow, our contact said Mina wrote the best emails she's ever seen from a loan officer in 20 years in the business and I can't agree more!
