If you want to be constantly harassed about price reduction and attacked on you character go with them. Constant bragging about how price is high so they can get their commission quickly even after multiple price reductions to help them sell. Also they wanted 1% increase of commission for staging the house. Very unprofessional and rude agent behavior who called himself doctor of real estate. Very few open houses and pretty much their tactics of selling is not their effort, marketing and networking but quick sell at the lowest possible price for their clients. I had to block an agent so I don't get further aggressive and inappropriate messages.
