This property management and real estate company does not have your best interests in mind…read more It makes sense that they would favor their property owners, but when it comes to the extent in which they allow landlords and sellers to completely and repeatedly breach signed contracts without any protections for the tenants/buyers, you should be wary. Real estate is difficult at best in Hood River, Oregon. Nunamaker Properties has a solid stranglehold on a good portion of that market. You may have no other choice, but be certain that you leverage as much of your contract as possible for potential future legal challenges. Such prudence may save you in the long run.
