I was able to book an appointment for the following day. During our meet I explained him how I had issues with the right side of my body. Lots of lower back pain, numb/sharp pain in my shoulder blades, and at night my arm would go numb when I laid down (happens every night and has been happening for years). He laid me down and adjusted me in just a few minutes. He cracked my back, shoulders, and neck. He immediately relieved my back and shoulder pain. I was blown away!! After my adjustment I was able to go a few nights with no issues with numbness in my arms! I had my second adjustment with Dr. Connolly and I'm feeling amazing. Took her to the eye doctor, her primary care, got a second opinion from another doctor and nothing has helped relieve her pain at all. We have taken every suggestion under the sun and nothing has made her feel better. Called this place, no answer, decided to use the text option and got a generic message back saying their first available is 3 weeks out for new clients. I would be totally fine with this, but I feel a 3 week headache is pretty crazy for a young child and instead of offering another referral or helping to make other possible arrangements, they didn't bother to even respond back. What gets me is I chose this place after reading they offer "flexible scheduling" they state they "go the extra mile to cater to your needs" and even go on to say they offer "same day appointments" wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on the inability to even get a reasonable appointment scheduled, how disappointing!
