I understand businesses are busy, but this one is apparently too busy for new clients. They were referred by a friend as my 8 year old has had a headache for 3 weeks now with no relief, we are at our wits end. Took her to the eye doctor, her primary care, got a second opinion from another doctor and nothing has helped relieve her pain at all. We have taken every suggestion under the sun and nothing has made her feel better. Called this place, no answer, decided to use the text option and got a generic message back saying their first available is 3 weeks out for new clients. I would be totally fine with this, but I feel a 3 week headache is pretty crazy for a young child and instead of offering another referral or helping to make other possible arrangements, they didn't bother to even respond back. What gets me is I chose this place after reading they offer "flexible scheduling" they state they "go the extra mile to cater to your needs" and even go on to say they offer "same day appointments" wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on the inability to even get a reasonable appointment scheduled, how disappointing! read more

If I could give more stars, then I would without hesitation! I found them on Facebook as they were offering a special and after having been to an acupuncturist, massage therapist, physical therapy and 6 other doctors including an emergency room doctor, no one could provide me relief. On my first visit, my breathing was labored and Dr. Chris as I was sitting there was able to help me breathe especially when talking. They performed this thermal scan and I could see all the inflammation that's developed over time and recently. I left the office that day feeling hopeful! Today I had treatment #4 and I truly believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm sleeping better at night! Not waking up every 2 hours because I need to reposition. My guarding has lessened! My back is not as stiff! I have movement in my neck again! And my head before my treatments was like a bowling ball! I could not get up without it weighing me down. Our relationship with Trailhead and Dr. Chris started after this momma was at a loss on what I could do to help my children with their ear infections. We had just finished getting tubes in their ears and at the time my kids were 18 month old and almost 3 years as well as 6 rounds of antibiotics. I don't know if this is your first time to a chiropractor, but I've been going for 25 years. Not to many different offices because it requires a huge amount of trust for someone to adjust your bones (especially your neck!!!).
