I like Dr. Caropino. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years, when he first got this place. He always helps me. He is caring, fast, very considerate, compassionate, concerned, and helps me every time. He multitask s and efficiently ta care of several patients almost simultaneously. His receptionist Deseree is very kind and helpful. Always with a smile. They always accommodate me the day I need them. The only downside for some people is, although, I don't mind, since they have great service, that thereis no privacy. Might be a good idea for them to use curtains like emergency rooms have. Called in the morning when they opened , was able to get an appointment same day , and my insurance was accepted . Blake was strait forward with everything, and made me feel that i would be getting good quality care, which i did . Appointment was quick and the care i received did the trick . Dr. Blake is awesome. Ive tried many chiropractors in the past. One was atrocious, most are okay, and only 2 were true stars in my book. Dr Blake is one of those stars. (The other was too much of a commute for me) The room in the back is open with patients lined up for different treatments with different equipment prior to the adjustment. I started seeing Dr Caropino about 1 year ago. At the time I had hip and leg pain. I could barely walk or go up stairs. Dr Caropino is very caring and kind. I never felt like "just another patient." A nice place to visit if you're close. Please remember to tell the doctor all of the areas that trouble you because there isn't a one size fits all technique. Don't expect all areas to be addressed if you don't mention an issue. He is also super fast, let's you warm up with a heat pad and always seems to know who you are and the trouble spots you had the last time you visited. I had one deep tissue massage. A bit short in time and the individual clearly had a cold. She had a mask and it was fine but perhaps she was a bit tired. Only the back was done which may be standard. Dr. Blake got me all fixed up. Working from home has caused me to have more neck and back pain. To the point where I couldn't turn my head or lift my arm. Dr. Blake got me adjusted and after the first visit I was about 60% better. Second session got me to 90%. The third session got me back to normal. The thing I appreciated the most was that he wasn't trying to push me into getting on a regular schedule, like most chiropractors. Highly recommend coming to get adjusted. I used to go to a chiropractor in Murrieta but I needed something closer. This offIce is always welcoming and able to fit me in. I wish I could give MORE STARS! The care and kindness of the people here are beyond compare and I am truly amazed at the top of the line, latest in technology equipment they have! They offer so many therapies! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who is looking for help in eliminating pain as well as just staying healthy. Dr. Blake manages to to get movement in my neck every time, and that isn't easy to do. I have seen Amy, one of the massage therapists a number of times and find her intuitive as to how much pressure to apply, and able to apply strong pressure where and when needed. I am not too sure of the doctor's name I believe it was Dr. Bosch but he is a miracle worker. After being in a car accident he carefully followed my diagnosis and each time I saw him I felt such a relief from the pain. He's very knowledgeable and offers heat and a tens unit to relax your muscles before he pops anything. I would have kept going to him if I didn't have an HMO but he was worth paying out of pocket. I will miss him terribly but once I switch to a PPO I will be back. He's worth it! They have 6pm appointments for those working 9-5 which I love! read more
