The day of my appointment I was a little nervous because of my dental worries but once I walked in the door I felt calm and comfortable. You can tell that every employee in this business actually cares about the wellbeing of everyone they are taking care of. The dental hygienist (Virge) was the sweetest lady I've ever met. She helped me understand everything that was going to happen during my visit and let me know of ways I can become better at taking care of my teeth. Dr Sean Harrell is absolutely wonderful. He was able to explain the treatment plan that they have me on now with my mouth, let me know that there is work to be done but gave me hope for a future with a more healthy set of teeth. I went in early December for a crown procedure and received good service from Dr. Stein. I had a second visit to complete the procedure on December 23. On both my visits, I asked for an estimated cost and twice I was told I would not have to pay a thing. Come February 2025, and I receive a bill for hundreds of dollars! Unbelievable. I called the clinic to ask for ana explanation, and the staff was not helpful and unprofessional.
