A month later, we were notified THE DAY OF by Kresha, that they were dropping 2 of my 4 cars. After scrambling and spending an entire work day trying to get our cars covered, the rate for the 2 cars remaining on the policy tripled! Absolutely, 100% do not recommend! You can do better elsewhere.

So last September my mountain bike was stolen outside my store in the mall (who does that) I know…read morenothing about insurances so I called my auto insurance and they said it was not covered because it was on my bike rack. I was pretty upset because the bike was over $6000 but as time went on I lived with it. I just knew I just won't assume my bike is safe even if locked up. Anyways I had a friend come visit me at my store the other day and yes I started to complain about the mall security and how someone stole my bike off my truck. She asked me about the claim I told her my car insurance would not pay for it she laughed and said my homeowners would cover it. I figured it couldn't hurt to try so I contacted Renee she was very helpful she got the claims office on the line as they took all the information (she also stayed on the line) the claims lady gave me a number told me the adjuster will be calling me. Within 4 days they paid my claim. Renee constantly kept in touch not make sure things were running smooth. I would recommend this agent to anyone five stars from me you deserve it.
