Can I choose less than one star? I was with Kresha and State…read moreFarm for 24 years. I had my home and 4 of my cars insured. One of my kids got in an accident and the car was totaled. A month later, we were notified THE DAY OF by Kresha, that they were dropping 2 of my 4 cars. After scrambling and spending an entire work day trying to get our cars covered, the rate for the 2 cars remaining on the policy tripled! Absolutely, 100% do not recommend! You can do better elsewhere.

So last September my mountain bike was stolen outside my store in the mall (who does that) I know…read morenothing about insurances so I called my auto insurance and they said it was not covered because it was on my bike rack. I was pretty upset because the bike was over $6000 but as time went on I lived with it. I just knew I just won't assume my bike is safe even if locked up. Anyways I had a friend come visit me at my store the other day and yes I started to complain about the mall security and how someone stole my bike off my truck. She asked me about the claim I told her my car insurance would not pay for it she laughed and said my homeowners would cover it. I figured it couldn't hurt to try so I contacted Renee she was very helpful she got the claims office on the line as they took all the information (she also stayed on the line) the claims lady gave me a number told me the adjuster will be calling me. Within 4 days they paid my claim. Renee constantly kept in touch not make sure things were running smooth. I would recommend this agent to anyone five stars from me you deserve it. APEX Insurance is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. I was working with Tyler Stanton…read moreand his manager Brian helping my retired elderly parents with their home and auto insurance. My parents were paying $1250 a year for their home insurance. Their home is in a irrevocable trust. Tyler wanted the insurance to be in my name instead of my parents name. He sent a quote under my name that was $1,191 a year. Once it was learned that I was only the executor of the trust rather than the owner it had to be my parents on the insurance. The quotes went up to $1412, then $1562, then $1755. These prices were ridiculous given what they have been paying. I did some shopping around for them, found another agent who was more local with better deductibles and better coverage for much less ($1375 a year). I emailed back to Tyler and stated that I got my parents set up with a different local agent with lower prices for better coverage for both auto and home and to please cancel his coverage with you. His response wasn't just completely unprofessional, it was childish and the behavior of selfishness and greed of someone who takes advantage of elderly people on fixed incomes. (see attached screen shot of email) AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Tell your friends and family to shop elsewhere!
