I've finally found a Dentist that I'll keep (after a bad experience when I lived in Brentwood, that kept me from going to the Dentist for a few years). It's nice to feel like family and have someone you can trust when it comes to dental work. I've recommended them many times to friends and coworkers.

Then they refused to let me pay a cent. My niece has spent this whole trip telling us how kind Americans are. She called her mom afterward to gush about it. Her mom was stunned that a practice would do that for a stranger passing through. I have been a patient of Dr. O'Grady since the start of his dental practice in Danville. Recently, I cracked and lost 2 teeth and had anchor implants put in place for Dr. O'Grady to make impressions for crowns. The lab that molded the crowns "missed" with their sizing of one crown and that is when Dr. O'Grady stepped up in a very professional and caring manner. He not only personally drove to the lab in Walnut Creek, but also waited/supervised the sizing and adding of porcelain to my crown being changed/fixed. He/we then spent numerous hours/time making adjustments to satisfactorily complete the proper fitting of my crowns....all of this at no additional cost to me. Dr. O'Grady and his staff have always shown me professionalism with sincere warmth and concern to make the dental experience a good one with transparency of all procedures. Then, Dr. O'Grady was so helpful explaining what was going on and scheduling follow up appointments with me to help improve the pain.
