I was impressed by how attentive and kind her staff was and the many options available to make you feel comfortable (eye pillow, neck pillow, scented oils, water...). When I met Dr Feyock, I understood why her office was so positive. She and her assistant were kind, thorough, gentle, and the work was excellent. I had the best hygienist at this office. Unfortunately she was on leave during my regular cleaning. I received an email telling me I had a temporary hygienist. Oh no, not a TEMP! I could feel my anxiety starting to rise. Then I received a call from the office to reassure me about the temp...... that helped. I felt better. So, keeping my fingers crossed I headed out. I met with Sabrina the temp. Her techniques were flawless, she was kind and attentive to my needs. Just like my favorite hygienist For me, A dentist office is not just the dentist. Its the entire team. I have anxiety going to the dentist, stemming from not receiving any numbing shots when I was a kid. Anxiety is a terrible feeling and I'm convinced anxiety is underreported. If you are the least bit nervous going to the dentist try this office. They provide blankets, pillows for creaky joints, the music of your choice with headphones. They take their time. They start the nitrous. You start tapping your feet to the music and forget about your mouth! This office gives great customer service......but more than that they give you the "wow" factor. Little things like pillows, music, tropical fish swimming on a monitor and aromatherapy all add to the experience. I have only one suggestion for improvement. I recently had a cleaning appointment and the Dental hygienist was very careful and thorough with my cleaning. She answered all my questions. I had been seeing the same dentist for over 10 years and suddenly found myself in the boat to find a new one. I decided to give Dr. Feyock's office a try. Let me just say the BIGGEST standout for me was that Dr. Feyout was able to treat the insanely horrific case of oral lichen planus I've had in my mouth for years. I have cried tears of joy because I can eat almost normally again, enjoying some crunchy and spicy foods. And, not only were the staff friendly and caring - they offered amenities like aromatherapy, head sets with relaxing music, pillows, blankets, and more. I've been going here for many years but hadn't been in a while. The entire team was super nice as usual, and they fit me in for a toothache appointment the same day. Thank you to Catherine (apologies if I got that name wrong) and Natasha. Both were super helpful when it came to financing my work (they offer payment plans and will help you in setting that up) and setting everything up was a breeze. Nancy, the assistant who helped me with my procedure, was super friendly and knew what she was doing! Both dentists are great. Dr. Feyock did my dental work though and she is always cheerful, kind, and informative. For those who may be shy about dental work, she has a gentle hand. This is a lovely dentist office and the doctor and all staff had great bedside manner. I just had a first visit so mostly going through medical history, X-rays etc. the doctor took me through all of the treatments I needed and even showed me photos of my teeth of where certain problem areas were. They are out of network for me, but my experience was great so far and would recommend them. read more

Danville Dentistry is the best. I had a really bad experience at a previous dentist who gave me ptsd. I had not been back to the dentist for far too long, but I'm so glad I found Danville Dentistry. The whole team was so nice and nonjudgemental (both about my teeth and my anxiety)! I saw two different dentists on the team and they were both awesome. I was also in a time crunch because I was moving to Europe and they got me in so quickly. In terms of services, they did a very thorough job and suggested everything I needed to do stat, could wait to do, and suggestions for how to help my problems (ie night time teeth grinding, beautifying a teeth that had chipped years ago). Only downside is it's more expensive than other dentists, but I think it was worth it to ensure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend (been to 3 other dentist in Danville and 2/3 ruined my teeth!) read more

I have been going to Danville Dentistry for about 40 years. First Dr. Morrish was my dentist and since Dr. Feyocke came on board I have been seeing her. I have a long and very complicated dental history as I was in a motorcycle accident in 1991 where I broke my jaw in several places. That trauma messed up my nerve pathways and I don't get numb like everyone else. I have been blessed enough to had always been under the care of great dentistry teams, but I have to say this group have gone above and beyond any other. The experience is amazing. The moment you walk in you have the feeling of going into a spa, not a doctor or dentist office. The entire staff is rooted in customer service.
