Exceptional Law Firm - 10 Stars if I Could!…read more If 10 stars were an option, Minevich Law Firm would earn every one. If you're reading this, take it as your sign to hire them. Gary Minevich, Faina (his paralegal), and the rest of the team did an outstanding job on my case, working tirelessly and collaboratively to secure maximum compensation. As a former client, I can assure you they go above and beyond to provide the best care, protect your rights, and prioritize your best interests. The team at Minevich Law Firm is ethical, responsive, compassionate, and driven to deliver the results you deserve. This law firm will always be my go-to, and I highly recommend them to you without hesitation.

Unfortunately, I signed the agreement with this company in December 2022, based on friends'…read morerecommendations. At the time, they seemed to have fewer clients and were able to manage immigration issues better. I worked with Anton and never met Gary. I only had the chance to speak (email and 2 short calls) with him when I asked about the refund and contract cancellation. In 2022, Anton seemed very professional and helpful, but he ignored my concerns. When I finally saw my petition for the first time in July 2025, I discovered some very interesting things about my life and the reasons I am asking for asylum. After that, I requested a meeting, and Anton told me that 9 out of 10 of their clients get a Green Card. I trust him. However, there's a small nuance here. I know a couple of people who got their Green Cards through marriage. Yes, they count as well. ;) Communications with Anton were terrible and full of lies. He lied to me, saying that all the documents were submitted in start of January, when in fact, they were submitted in February. He ignored my texts and responded months later regarding the case issues. But when I asked about something new that seemed like an opportunity for him to make more money, he reacted very quickly. And yes, all the evidence was provided to Gary by email. I paid a lot for their services. In fact, I was given wrong information it the petition with Antons words: "we can fix it anytime"! I was ignored and had a horrible experience with those I was paying for services. And yes, I paid on time. Anton acted... when I wasn't sure. The plot twist came when they sent me information saying I should receive $500 as a refund. Does this mean that their work on the court or interview is only worth $500? I was also upset when I told Mr. Minevich that I had sent his offer to my legal team, and instead of responding that it would be easier for both sides to resolve the issue as a client-provider, he wished me to "take care" and decided to speak with my legal representatives. Well, I'm fine with that, but I would not recommend working with this company to anyone who truly cares about their money, nerves, and overall experience.

I hired this attorney over a year ago to file a motion to reopen my immigration case, which has…read morebeen pending for more than 20 years. While the motion was ultimately filed after almost 9 months, I was very disappointed with the overall communication and client service I received throughout the process. From the beginning, it was extremely difficult to reach my attorney. Calls and follow-up requests often went unanswered, and when I contacted the office for updates or to schedule a conversation, I frequently felt that my concerns were met with impatience and attitude rather than professionalism and support. (cherry) I provided extensive documentation and evidence to support my case, including records that I believed were important to establishing the facts and strengthening the motion. After reviewing the outcome, I was left questioning whether all of the available evidence and arguments had been fully utilized or presented as effectively as they could have been. This concern was never adequately addressed because I was unable to have a meaningful discussion with my attorney about the strategy behind the filing or the court's response. When we received a response to the motion, there was no proactive outreach from the attorney to discuss the outcome, explain its implications, or provide guidance on possible next steps. Instead, I received a generic email from the office without any meaningful explanation or follow-up. Immigration cases are life-changing matters that carry significant emotional and legal consequences. As a client, I expected strategic guidance, communication, and a clear discussion of my options. Instead, I felt responsible for constantly following up, researching my own case, and trying to determine what the next steps should be. What concerns me most is that after more than a year of representation, I still felt like I was navigating much of this process on my own. Rather than receiving clear guidance on how to proceed after the decision, I was left searching for answers myself. Given her experience in immigration law, I expected more direction and a better understanding of the available options and procedures. This isnt her first case that's been denied by an immigration judge..... As a result, I am now seeking new legal representation to pursue an appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and continue working toward resolving my case. Based on my experience, I would not hire this attorney again. Clients deserve clear communication, responsiveness, and guidance when dealing with matters that can have a lasting impact on their lives and families.

My divorce took 3 years to complete and Naz and her team were amazing the entire way through. Naz is the opposite of what the reputation of divorce lawyers have. She's extremely caring, warm, personal and friendly. She's not looking to drain anyone of their money and does everything she can to avoid very costly outcomes and expensive actions. She's extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, knows the ins and outs and everything in between. Her and her team are professional to the highest degree, thorough in their work, easy to work with and most of all, care about their clients - which removes the feeling of getting taken for a ride. I am extremely grateful to have had her on my side and recommend her to any and all who need help getting through their divorce. Don't think twice!

Their negligence and mishandling directly contributed to severe consequences for me, including losing my housing. I do not recommend this law firm.

The same guy was telling an artist friend of mine. It's impossible for her to get the O1 visa. Kate Raynor comes in, Gets my friend her O1 Visa in record time, then takes over my case. Ever since then, I have had the most professional, detail oriented, and extremely pleasant experience working with Kate Raynor's law firm. I worked directly with Lissette & Valerie as well as Alycia and many other great team members helping. The fees were great and surprisingly low compared to the quality of service and knowledge I was getting in return. My family is going to continue using Kate Raynor's law firm. I very very highly recommend working exclusively with this excellent team. You can't go wrong, unless you go elsewhere.
