I typically switched after three years when my progress would plateau after the same study routines. I have been studying with Miss Evelyn LaQuaif for the past 20 years and am happily surprised that in my mid-seventies, I am singing my very best and still improving. Most of my previous teachers gave me metaphoric inspiration, as I would hopelessly imitate their better voices. But how could I get there? Miss LaQuaif is the only one who taught me the physical mechanics of good singing. What she initially said to you was not a big deal - she answers ALL of my emails, contacts the majority of my clients and i really don't have to explain WHY my wife works at OUR business - thats insane .. Here is my response to your complaints as follows .. #1 - Our TVs are 55 inch TVs on 5-6 foot truss stands - no they do not rotate as most of them don't .. It is not our fault or liability if the way the room is designed in conjunction with how our TVs are set up that guests can not see them - we have actually NEVER had this complaint EVER !! #2 - 2 business cards on the table is not our fault if someone puts them there. ALSO, your complaining about 2 cards? Why would my DJ leave 2 cards there - i never did that in 30 years of business - sorry this so offends you .. Also, you can not tell me I CANT bring my cards into a venue .. IN THE email you stated a DJ isn't supposed to have cards at a wedding what if someone asks for them .. EVERY DJ company brings cards .. theres no LAW .. totally ridiculous .. IF you tell this to anyone they will laugh .. DO YOU think this is my first wedding I've done .. this is my lively hood .. #3 - We were given by you a numerous page "thesis" of one big run on sentence of all requests .. requests of things we never experienced or heard of in 30 years .. We couldn't even make out half the things you meant. I can't help it if people didn't want to get up and dance with your sons line dance .. We CANT force people to get on a dance floor. #4. The crew sent to your event has been in the business for 20 years and one of the DJs is also a music producer in NYC .. we use them for numerous events and have never received a complaint only praises of how excellent they are. #5. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS .. YOUR SERVICES WERE RENDERED .. MY TEAM CAME ON TIME, DRESSED PROPERLY WITH THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, FOLLOWED ALL THE SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS CAKE CUTTING, ENTRANCE SONGS, SPECIAL DANCES, TOOK ZAP SHOTS, PLAYED YOUR MONTAGE & PLAYED MUSIC. #6. Don't black mail me by saying I will take down the YELP post and never post again if i give you your money back .. Your QUOTE "Once we AGREE and finical restitution is cleared, I will remove my Yelp post and all of the screen shots and will rewrite the review. or not, I will leave this to your discernment " #7. DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER ON YOU? WHY BECAUSE YOU TOOK PERSONAL INFORMATION AND POSTED IT OF MY WIFE WHICH YELP FOUND TO BE A VIOLATION OF THEIR GUIDELINES WHICH IS WHY THEY TOOK IT DOWN .. #8. I feel like you are just looking for money and services were rendered .. this has consumed my life since monday and upset not only me BUT my wife .. this is now becoming harassment from you screen shooting every single piece of texts and convos to now you black mailing me ..
