My adult guests were all raving about it. I thought I was hiring someone to make balloon animals. She could make those but also made minion characters, Disney characters, and many other really detailed creations. For my son, whose theme was monkeys, she made a balloon monkey hanging from a tree. It was really elaborate and cool. All the kids were happy and it was impressive how many high quality creations she was able to create in an hour. I highly recommend her. The face painting was spectacular - great detail, long lasting and didn't smear off. I don't think many kids are letting their parents wash their faces tonight! They arrived right on time and were able to set up easily even with some space constraints from my venue. She was able to make really detailed and beautiful face paint based off of pretty much any picture or idea you gave her! Every single kid loved their design and couldn't stop showing off! Johnathan the magician showed up 30 minutes late due to traffic-however upon his arrival he quickly appeased the energetic little people with balloon twisting and fun. The kids were on him like swarming sharks and I was just deeply relieved to have the focus redirected off the destruction of my home. The magic performance overall was delightful, even the adults were impressed and the children riveted. I felt that the wait was well worth it, and I will happily reccomend Salazar to fellow parents.

I was able to enjoy my baby shower with minimal child traffic and that meant very much to me. In addition, we rented a cotton candy machine and pop corn machine which was also a hit. Look no further, AIO will go where ever you are (I'm located in NJ). Prices are reasonable and the process to reserve is super seamless! Your representative came at 3;20. It took them 30 min to set up. Then , I was told the second bounce castle could not be set up because the inflator was not working . It took 45 min for the replacement to arrive . It came at 4:50 pm. It was very disappointing and then I asked the guys to get the other stuff up and running , popcorn, churros ,cotton candy. They were not able to communicate because they were Spanish speaking individuals and so further delay in getting the carnival started , I call the office and the person there was able to tell them what to do. While I appreciate the fact that they stayed and helped out which was not apart of the original contract it was a disaster , I paid for 150 churros to be served 3 boxes of 50 came only two boxes were open and one box unopened and went back with your staff. They were complaints the churros were cold as well. To be fair workers stayed until 630 to try make up but most parents started picking up at 6 pm which was the end time for the carnival. so I really didn't see the need to stay over 6pm. All in all our experience with your service was horrible to be honest. This was a poor reflection on customer service provided by your company. I trust that you will speak to your staff, and let them know the importance of being on time, and checking equipment before hand to ensure everything is working properly before doing an event etc. I didn't get a solid hour worth of what I paid for, with all the issues that happened. This was to be a fun end of program activity for the students. It was a disaster. Today is 12/6/2024 , six month since the event after three emails and four telephone call to the company and no one ever responded.

That day and the day before it had snowed but they did a marvellous job cleaning the outside are for guest!
