The front desk took no initiative to resolve the issue and said there is nothing they can do. I need to contact their billing service myself. One of my children had a procedure and my insurance had negotiated rates with them for it, but they failed to honor them and said I owed more. My other child was charged for x-rays when my coverage states they were covered. Additional x-rays seemed to have been taken by the tech for no valid reason, nor was it mentioned at the time of the visit, and they are now passing the charges to me. The doctor herself is great, but someone within the practice is to blame for not accurately charging me and no one is taking ownership. I'll be taking my children elsewhere.
