We emailed them to discuss the problems and they simply ignored us. They also claimed to have fixed my son's molar issue but it had to be redone by another in-network provider. We took all the precautions they said and my son still vomited. They never told us he should not have dairy the night before. They give little toys to your child though, if you are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a rubber toy worth a few bucks!

Well the swelling started to get worse and I started to get worried so I searched for a emergency pediatric dentist. These dentist just want money and will lie to you because of course you don't know any better and they know you can't read x-rays! I'm big on customer service -- especially in medical settings -- and you can truly feel when people enjoy what they do versus just doing a job. That energy matters. Dr. Ramirez is incredibly informative and educational. She takes the time to explain things and really helped me understand how to better care for my teeth.
