Tyson charged us $136 for replacement blinds! They had the ILLEGAL blinds with cords and they were old and rotten. They charged us for "missing" light bulbs; we removed all the CFL bulbs when we moved in, replacing them with LED bulbs. When we moved out we replaced our LED bulbs with their CFL bulbs. They charged us $150 cleaning fee when we left it squeaky clean! They charged us $250+ to replace a 3' square of cheap vinyl in the laundry room. They charged us $46 to replace a florescent bulb on the kitchen ceiling - 12' up! Management companies SUCK.
