They were familiar with my insurance coverage and they told me my procedure was going to cost me roughly $500 out of pocket which I paid up front. The doctor didn't even look in my mouth though. That's what set me off. He Just looked at the xray and was like "we can get those all out yeah let's schedule that." He then prescribed me antibiotics and about a week and a half later I'm still in a lot of pain and have to go find another dentist who will actually do they're job because they care, not for the money. When I called earlier this month to schedule an appointment they could get me in within 2 weeks or even the week of my phone call, plus multiple openings all the way through summer where mentioned as options to me. Then when called again (didn't make an appointment during the first phone call because of scheduling issues), before I could even tell them what I wanted to make my appointment for, I was told nothing would be available for 4 months.This all took place within 1 week! Somehow all availability for appointments were locked for 4 months within 1 week supposedly...not to mention it contradicts the information I was told during the first phone call. The receptionist named Vicky was whom I talked to during the second phone call and is probably the worst because if you have any question she acts sarcastic, makes threats and starts yelling at you as if it's a waste of her time to work with you. I tried talking to her about my first phone call and possible availability for later on, but she continued to treat me with disrespect and make immature comments all the while refusing to give me any information. I'm not only shocked but disappointed at the fact this facility employs people who display awful character to complete strangers with no reservations. I've been a long time patient here yet the process of scheduling gets worse and worse, even for the smallest of services such as a yearly cleaning. The customer service at Gas Stations or McDonalds are better than the receptionists and other office personnel working at this office. Would not recommend to a friend or family member. When asked why she couldn't do it now, she responded "I'm only here for another hour". Informed consent and patient autonomy are basic rights in healthcare, yet this office treated me like I had no say. They wouldn't even perform the cleaning without forcing x-rays on me first. No real explanation beyond "policy," no discussion of alternatives, and zero respect for my decision. This feels like nothing more than a blatant cash grab--pushing unnecessary radiation exposure and extra billing instead of focusing on actual patient care. The staff couldn't (or wouldn't) explain anything properly; they just see patients as dollar signs. Poor communication, zero empathy, and a complete disregard for patient rights. Signature Dental Group (and their "gentle" approach--ironic) is a joke. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Find a dentist who actually listens to patients and respects their choices instead of strong-arming them into procedures. Save your time and money--avoid this place at all costs.

My visits have been pain free. I even got braces as an adult by this practice. This is a husband and wife dental team that hired a staff of experts and are really doing dentistry at its highest level.
