They are aware and practicing Covid prevention procedures, so I went out to my car to wait after ordering. She said she would bring it to me. After 15 minutes, I went back in and she was sitting at a table on her phone. She went to the window and got my food and put it in a bag and gave it to me. I should have looked at the container but I did not. The shrimp was not covered well in batter and it was saturated with seasoning salt. Picking up a piece the salt just flaked off. Fries were soggy and old. I did not bother to try the hush puppies. Not worth the $10 I paid for cooked food. Will go back to purchase raw products.

After taking just a few minutes to learn about their journey, you already begin to really see the passion they have for their farm. I've known these two since college, and I'm so proud of all that they've created. The farm itself is about 25 minutes outside Milledgeville in Gordon, Ga. An ever growing business, they recently began to add livestock (such as sheep) to their property. At any given time, you can find lots of happy hustle and bustle happening there- whether it be in the summer time fields or winter greenhouse. Chelsea and Bobby also strive to create and sustain community. Apart from helping to run the market, they host events at their farm and often present at conferences all over Atlanta. If I wasn't so far away (Atlanta), I would certainly subscribe to a CSA from Babe + Sage. For now, I do love the occasional volunteer day- highly recommend that as well. Check it out and I'm sure you'll feel the hard work and passion from the second your feet hit the farm soil.

So, there was about a 3 minute delay, while the clerk had to look it up, and enter the price manually. It's been ages (40+ years) since I've had a Bush beer.
