Service is BAD don't come here, they rush your car don't get the premium, I paid extra for floor mats and they didn't clean the back one.

Literally the best car wash in town. The owner is so kind and the workers are thorough. When you arrive, someone runs up to you to ask what kind of wash, they then move quickly and efficiently to get your car back to you asap. There was about 5 guys working their butts off to detail the inside of the car as well as a really well done exterior wash. The customer service is great and the car smelled amazing after! read more

The only full service car wash that I could find in the area. This did not disappoint. Greeted by owner/manager in the most friendly Midwestern style. He recommended what was needed on my utterly filthy loaner. Kind of older, but decent waiting area with comfortable chairs and AC cooled room. Things for sale while you wait; sodas, birthday cards, and miscellaneous necessities for the car. Even the "must have" chic cheetah floor mats! There was a TV playing the news. At least it wasn't too annoying or loud.. Playing Fox News. (No surprise here) So all in all, I highly recommend the little out of the way drive to get this buggy cleaned properly. read more

This place was the best in the region for many years. Since they have changed management, I have had some SUPER weird issues with them. The first time I went back in Sept 2018 the car looked the same when it came out the other side. No vacuuming had been done and they redid the whole car for free. My car's antenna was missing after the second time I used them in Oct 2018. Manager told me there's no way they removed it even though the guy who vacuumed it had asked me if they could take it off. I decided that maybe it fell off and I didn't notice. Life happens. Third time time, I got a service that included air freshener (which they generally put under the mats). When I lifted the mats up- there was no air freshener and also...they didn't remove the mats to vacuum under them at all so there was still dirt all over. Huh. That's weird! Last time was yesterday. The car is a total mess. No evidence of wiping down the inside at all. No air freshener. No vacuuming under the mats. AND...the back of the driver's seat is on the floor. Woops. And the door handle doesn't work now either. So- that's a wrap! I can't tell you how or why these things happened or whether perhaps they relate to my own oversight but um...We're Done!! read more

I took my car to Johnny Boys for years but last time I went, it was under new service. It took me hours to remove the film on the interior windows, and the carpe t mats were soaked through and not clean. Will not go back. read more

pretty good prices for a decent job. i think they do a better job with the interiors than others. not always someone there at the register for you to pay, but that's because the owners' are out there washing and vacuuming too. read more

Discovered this place through one of the many daily email specials to which I'm subscribed (Groupon. LivingSocial, etc). They did a great job and I was pleased by the friendliness of the owner who, like the other reviewer mentioned, was outside helping when I arrived at the pay station. The last 2 premium washes I have gotten from Johnny Boy's have been horrible. I've had to pull back around to go through again! This time my windows actually looked worse in the sun than before it wash washed (all streaky) and they neglected to get up a few dog hairs and and salt residue from the floor mats. My car is brand new (2 weeks old) and the dogs have never even been in the car yet! The hair was from my jeans! I use to be a weekly customer. Not sure I'll return. read more

This place is a rip off. I paid a lot of money to have my vehicle cleaned inside and out. When they were done I noticed that they didn't clean the inside. They just shook off the floor mats. When I tried to complain the only person around didn't speak English. Then when the sun hit the windows I noticed that the soap didn't get rinsed off and it dried on causing the sun to reflect and cause blind spots. I will never go back to this place and suggest that if you are looking for a good cleaning, look elsewhere!!! read more

Johnny Boy's is the best in the area for the price! The owner is friendly and the staff who do the clean do a great job in a short amount of time. The cost of the full service wash is $12 I think ($10 if you use a coupon that's in the Penny Saver each week) and they wash inside and out with hand dry-- a much better value than other local car washes! read more

HORRIBLE, REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE! My first time there and they broke my antenna! And then the owner tried to make it seem like it was my fault! WHAT???!!! Didnt offer any compensation, and after i paid for the service, they didnt fully detail the interior as specified, only wiped the dash board off. If I could checked minus 5 stars, I would have. I paid for the Primo wash. They did not wash my rear window, they did not place an air freshener in the car, they did not dress the tires; all things promised in the primo wash. To top it off, the CD I had in my CD player is now gone. A complete RIP OFF!! read more

I've been going to this company for over a year and had decent experiences up until today. I think this company is run by a father and son. The son is generally pleasant and has good customer service skills..but the father lacks customer service skills and can be rude and dismissive. Today I had a coupon and the promotional value expired, so I tried to use the paid value for a car wash. The father tried to up-sell me and get me to buy a more expensive wash than what I wanted and when I didn't he was completely rude and offensive. He charged my card for an amount that I didn't agree on and told me that I couldn't use my paid value for the coupon. He also said I could leave if I didn't like his service, that I didn't know what I was talking about, and that I shouldn't have bought the coupon if I didn't know how to use it. I will never go back to support this business ever again. True customer service skills show in times when customers need help and during situations that are out of the ordinary. The way the father treated me demonstrated lack of respect for me as a person and customer. read more
