The Master Bath had a tiled shower that was leaking/needed to be demo'd. Clarlyle gave me a fair estimate for completely demo'ing the tile flooring and shower tile, with the caveat that it could be more expensive depending upon how the Saltillo was set. The crew arrived and began what was almost 100% dustless removal. Upon testing the Saltillo, they determined that it would be better to grind it down rather than remove it. They removed the other tile, ground and leveled the floors, then applied thinset to them so that we could live on them while we continue demo work in the house. Professional, excellent work; we usually lay our own floors, but Clarlyle was so awesome we might just have them finish the job!

Cristy was on time for every single appointment and followed up with us timely. My mother who lived with us passed the weekend before our installation was scheduled and Cristy made it so easy to reschedule. She even brought a card and flower by and dropped it off. I never expected that and it was so incredibly thoughtful. Finally the day came for installation. We went to stay at a hotel to get out of their way, we have a 9 month old who is into everything, so we thought it would be better to be out of the house.
