They Cristy was hands on from the very beginning and came out to give to some measurements and put together a quote. We picked out our flooring and scheduled the installation. Cristy was on time for every single appointment and followed up with us timely. My mother who lived with us passed the weekend before our installation was scheduled and Cristy made it so easy to reschedule. She even brought a card and flower by and dropped it off. I never expected that and it was so incredibly thoughtful. Finally the day came for installation. We went to stay at a hotel to get out of their way, we have a 9 month old who is into everything, so we thought it would be better to be out of the house. Cristy checked in with us daily to ensure we knew what was going on and if we were on schedule. The team was professional. They stayed later in the evening several nights to ensure the floors were completed in a timely manner.
