The type and color of windows I wanted were back ordered but they were upfront and accurate on the timeframe for their arrival when I placed my order. Once they arrived they were able to schedule my install very soon. It took them a total of 2 days to complete the entire project, including paint and cleanup. Every person I dealt with, from sales, measurement, installation and clean-up, was professional, thorough and showed up on time.
