I've never had to wait very long, even on a Saturday. It's soooo AWESOME, as long as your car passes inspection, to get your newly updated registration sticker at the end of your visit! No more separate trip to the county tax assessor's office and waiting forever to get an updated registration sticker. Don't get me wrong, the people at the WILCO tax office are great but it's an unnecessary step when you can go to Sticker Express and get everything done in no time. I've been going to Sticker Express for many, many years and I'm usually helped by an awesome team member named Cary. He's awesome and he makes you feel welcome and appreciated! When I asked Cary how long he's worked there, he said 8 years! The company must treat Cary and other employees well to retain them for so many years. I definitely recommend Sticker Express!!!

It's super convenient, you just drive through and don't even have to get out of your car. You line up in the back, and I was greeted right away. The first employee took my insurance card, got my mileage, and directed me forward. Then another gentleman helped me finish up. They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. ​Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. ​I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. My one complaint is that I had to call for an updates on the progress of the repairs. I wish they had kept me updated, even if it was just a text update. They did a great job negotiating with my insurance, though I do think 3 weeks was a little long to be without my car.

Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. I am forever grateful for this shop and all the folks who work there. I am old school so please I hope no one takes offense on this next statement. If you have anxiety about cars....come here.
