This Super Bowl Sunday, I had a horrible time trying to arrange a tow for my toolbox, this changed once I started talking to Freddy with 777 Towing. I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. I'd recommend this towing company to anyone. Freddy is awesome. He was on time, professional, communicative, friendly, and professional the whole time. Even cracked a joke and made me laugh. He got my f150 from lake Travis all the way to South Austin for less money than I had budgeted for and made sure to call me as soon as he had my truck hooked up and was on his way. The lady said her driver would be here in 25 minutes. He was there in 15. He was courteous, professional and friendly as he skillfully coaxed my Traverse onto the Roll-Back. I rode home with him, he unloaded my car, took my credit card as payment, shook my hand and said goodbye. He told me that job would normally cost $220 but he discounted $30 because I asked the price. My car would not start... something that has never happened to me before.Thank god the car was it was in my garage when this happened. Did a google search for car tow services near me, and 777 came up. The owner answered. I told him my situation. He quoted me a fair price, and gave me a small discount for using Venmo rather than a credit card. The owner's son was over here at my house to pickup the vehicle within 30 minutes of my call. I had apprehensions because of the narrow street in my development, but the son maneuvered the tow truck and got my car onto the tow truck. He used the neutral function to get my card out of the garage and onto the street, and then onto thetow truck. The drive to the dealership was great; the son is a safe driver. My truck wouldn't start tonight and I got in contact with 777 Towing. Although it was Sunday after dark they were there promptly to get my truck and help me get it home. Awesome service, reasonable price, and overall seemed like great people and a great place to do business with if you ever need a tow. The young man who brought my truck out was apparently the son of the owner? He was very respectful and polite and he knew what he was doing. He was able to maneuver my truck (which is not small by the way) write into the position I needed it around several obstacles and I'm confident he cares about what he's doing and treats people's vehicles with respect.
