My husband and I hired James Farley of High Score, LLC to redo my kitchen floor. The floor came…read moreout so fabulous that my husband and I decided to continue with a complete kitchen redo. James has been wonderful during the entire process. He installed the cabinets so perfectly plumb that the quartz countertop installers were done in a little more than an hour. They said it was a quick easy job because the cabinets needed no shimming or leveling. The cabinets look beautiful, the hardware is perfectly placed everything looks amazing. He also handled all of the plumbing changes that had to be made. There were many problems and supply issues with the cabinetry from the kitchen designer ordering the wrong cabinets to his ordering the wrong size. James came up with workable solutions to all the problems that we encountered, including one that would make putting the original crown molding in the design against the ceiling as I wanted, it wasn't easy but he managed it beautifully. The solution involved adding an additional molding between the cabinets and the crown molding. It turned out beautifully. As James encountered problem after problem, he explained every step of the way, how each had to be handled, and what he would do to correct the problem to make the final kitchen perfect. He explained each step along the way and I had complete confidence that my kitchen would be wonderful. There was never an instance when James said "it's good enough", it wasn't, or "that will do", because it wouldn't. James was not satisfied until every stage of the project was perfect. I now have my dream kitchen thanks to James's hard work and expertise. I would offer the highest recommendation for James and High Score, LLC to anyone who had a home remodel project.
