I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. Within minutes of submitting my request, Hugo from Chair City called me. I explained the issue and he said he could be at my house within 30 minutes. Within minutes of reviewing the fixture, he knew exactly what was wrong and offered two alternatives to fixing it: one would take less time (if it was feasible) and therefore would be less expensive; the second option was more complicated and although it would cost more, it would likely be more successful. We decided the second option would be best. After a couple of hours of working in the stifling heat of the attic and in the bedroom below, Hugo had the problem fixed. He patched the ceiling as needed and thoroughly cleaned the room. He even vacuumed the floor AND the tarp that was covering the bed. He also used a hardwood floor cleaner to clean any debris from the ceiling that was on the floor.
