This restaurant is a very comfortable spot where noise was not a problem even as they filled up. It was an easy evening of ordering as most of the group had the filet and I had the Chop Steak. (Descriptions are from the menu) We started with the Texas Tonion® A Texas-sized portion of onion petals fried to a crispy golden brown and seasoned with signature Prairie Dust. Served with zesty dip. - This was great and a welcome treat after eating the Onion from Outback for years. [I think everyone] really enjoyed this nice heaping portion of crisp onion pieces. Flo's Filet®. This iconic cut has been here since opening in 1981. A very tender center cut is coated with signature Grill Seasoning and seared to lock in the classic buttery flavor. - You knew everyone enjoyed this Just from the expressions on everyone's face. They had a wide variety of sides with the main meal and most of us went with a salad and potato or greens. Chop Steak*.
