I found myself taking my car there after a major dealership in Miami could not find the problem, Les found it and repaired at a fraction of the price. I then took my F350 there after 2 alternator replacements and Les found the problem, they kept me infirked and charged me fairly! for my opinion I highly recommend this place!!!!

After attempting to get an alignment done yesterday on our vehicle, my husband noticed that the…read moretruck was not aligned and the parts that they use to do the alignment were damaged and bent. My husband went back and got a refund. We have to pay someone else to complete the alignment but first we had to get new parts. These were brand new parts. We went in today to visit with Les to figure out how to resolve the issue of the broken parts and Les screamed at us through the window that we could warranty out the parts and it wasn't his problem. Les Held up the paper that my husband signed yesterday to get his refund for the alignment and said that my husband signed the paperwork and it wasn't Les' problem. Les ran out the door after my husband and attempted to open the door while his wife screamed at us calling us tweakers. All we wanted was info on how to correct the broken parts, not a brawl. Completely unprofessional. We will not be back. Money isn't the principle, we got our money back. Disrespect and the way people are treated is important when running a business. I would have given a 5 star review had we not been treated so poorly. I have seen on previous poor reviews Les coming back with things to say about the person leaving the review- say what you want but the way you handled the situation was very unprofessional

My husband and I were 8+ hours from home when our car completely shut down. My husband's family sent us here because "They're good people," and I'm so glad we trusted them! Instead of automatically replacing the transmission and charging us thousands of dollars, which they could have done without us knowing, the folks at Grove Tire & Auto reset something (No clue what. What am I? A mechanic?) and sent us on our way FOR FREE. If you're in the area and need anything from an oil change to a repair, hit these guys up. I'm so glad we did.

I came home with two flat tires on the rear. I called three places in Grove and they all told me no. My neighbor helped me get the tire off the one that was the most flat with his floor jack, told me to call country boys. I called he said he was closing in 15 minutes. I told him I had to be at work at 5:30 in the morning... can you believe he told me I'm already working on a truck go ahead bring it on. my neighbor Adam help me get the superflat tire off, and the neighbor down the road brought an air compressor and aired up less flat tire. Those boys told me to drive really fast. I barely made it in. I just want to give a big shout out to Country boys. Thank you so much. I will bring my jeep back for any service that needs to be done to country boys. Do you know what's so incredible about this place? I put him so out of convenience at 4:45 in the evening when they closed at 5 o'clock and he only charged me 20 bucks for my tire talk about value. I picked up my fifth tire day, another rock ???
