I explained poorly what was going on he asked where are you? I have six of those And drove 30 mins. Found a few issues that he addressed quickly by getting parts. And found the hard to find part within a day. Once the part arrived after delays found it was the wrong one. After the discovery he drove an hour each way to get the right part that he rebuilt on site. After installing the part that wasn't reading correctly(voltage) he had to dig deep into his vast knowledge late at night to remeber a small detail that led to a burned wire! Not to mention he wasn't bothered with us watching him because you learn something watching him work. We truly appreciate his hard work and responses to our multiple calls while he was getting parts. After we left the truck died and he was following us to make sure we got on the road safe. Thank you so much! I made the mistake of not doing a walk around. Later I saw the front grill not only broken but still containing organic matter from said coyote. When contacted the service representative said my insurance company had not approved getting it fixed. Later when pressed because no proof existed of a denial, he said well " that's what his service guy said". So along with ineptitude there seems to be an issue with telling things as they actually are. When I pointed it out there was a cavalier attitude about not only what occurred but the general occurrence. Not only would I NOT reccomend them it borders on suit worthy.
