We had our septic tank replaced. The entire process went very smoothly. The crew was pleasant and professional. The office staff was also pleasant and good communicators. When they finished installing the new tank, the guys restored the area so well that was hard to believe that so much work had taken place the day before. The price was also reasonable. read more

They quoted 302 for a repair to a pipe and then charged 560. So be careful of agreeing to their "estimates" because they do not honor them at all. The upcharge was because they quoted for 2 hours worth of work and it took them 3.5 hours due to the drive time. (1.5 hours of work and 2 hours of drive time) They had the address up front. I told them I thought it was abusive but they didn't budge. Yes they got the work done and that's why they get 2 stars, but a company that doesn't honor their estimates isn't someone I want to work with read more

Not a very good experience. The admin assistants or secretaries are not very well trained. Will charge your for the service but will not show up, they cannot issue a refund to the credit card charged. They cannot write down your phone number correctly to call you back. If you had all the logic in the world, nothing can get through to a person that doesn't understand their job, so why bother. Better off calling Southwest Envirotec or DeLaO. read more

I can't believe I haven't looked to find Johnny's on Yelp to write them a review sooner! We used them a while back just for some routine pumping of our septic tank before the holidays. I spoke with Bobbie on the phone and she was so great, very knowledgeable, and super nice. So was the gentleman that came to the house to do the actual pumping. This business is family owned and operated and has been in Cruces for literally forever- I've heard they have "forever customers" and I now know why! Thanks Johnny's! read more
