I found a pair I really loved, but was confused about the European sizes. My phone was dead so I ask the associates working, "Kendall and Monica" if they would be so kind to search their phone for me so I could find out if I was purchasing the correct size or what size I may need! They were so kind and willing to help me! I ended up purchasing 5 different pairs of shoes. I would have not been able to make my purchase without their help. I'm so grateful they went above and beyond with their willingness to help me! So we went last week down to Johnny's Shoe Store in Kingsport, where they not only have a nice selection of men's and women's SAS Shoes ON DISPLAY, but they also have really knowledgeable salespeople who can help steer you towards a good selection. We are both done at Southern Shoes. I would stay away if I were you. There are too many competitors that *actually seem to value the opinions of both their employees and their customers.*

I proceeded to shop around, then noticed a younger man and another lady attempting to use a stretcher on my boot...she couldn't even get it inserted correctly. I told her that I could take the boot over to Unicoi myself, she said, "He has the same tools that we have"... I reminded her that he is a professional cobbler. You cannot get ahold of their customer service unless you're willing to wait hours, and when you do, they're completely useless.
