We always referred them for jobs we couldn't get to and certainly for all heavy duty. We only had medium duty trucks. My dad died and pit stop closed. So as a family if we ever need something towed or hauled we use Elite. My son's truck was towed to Elite and I am very curious as to what's gonna happen when he wants to get his truck. My other son works for LCPD and deals with broke down cars and towing cars all the time.

Emergency flashers on. Slowed down from 70. To 60 then 50. Tap the brake don't freak. It's ok. Hold on. Tap the brake again. Ease off the road. Keep it on the shoulder. Slow down. Slow down. Ok. Stopped. Put it in park. Breath. Dep Brest. Call 911. HELPPPPP!!!!!!! Body shaking. Fear rising. Louisiana states finest. On its way. Tire tool wrong size. Can't change the tire. Tow truck on way. Still shaking. Towed to the nastiest motel the baymont in Lafayette. Homeless haven. Check in. That was my night. The next morning. I called the hero's. Sweet man didn't mind my Cali gen at 7 am. Said they would get some one out with in the hour. And they did. The sweetest cutest young man by the name of Chance came to my rescue. He was up and under my truck seeing if he could get the spare down No such luck. But he brought me a tire. And watching him work with such professionalism and speed. Reminded me of my dad. Who weed tires. His hands were the hands of a hard working man. His entire deamor and manner was charm polite kind and empathetic. He gave me his card and said if I ever needed help no matter the time or day. To call. They would come to me. No matter where I was in the area. I felt as if I was finally safe and it reminded me of the service calls I used to go out on with my dad. And as a 60 year old female. That memory was worth the wait. Thank you. But towing a classic car with no place to pull off for safety just added to the horror. By the time we could exit to a safer place the entire wheel and tire was destroyed. We were 359 miles from home. Several tow places were 48 hour wait. No problems with Car Wars. The beautiful capable folks had their truck and driver out within an hour. Josh gets a six star review. He was kind, efficient , respectful and creative. He's a trusted hero. Drove from Orange to Fort Worth and delivered our car carefully to our drive way late at night. Did I say it was not easy? Truck operator says he never got told the reason for the tow. By the time my car arrived at the service station there was no tire, bumper damage, brake line damage and wheel damage. Called and was told the owner was out for the day, but they'd be happy to take my name and number. Writing this review while I wait for the mechanic to get back to me with a damage estimate.
