i called monday to express my grievance about a black substance on both dryers that had completing…read morestained and ruined my clothing and bed sheets. i mentioned to the lady on the phone the vent grill in both dryers needed to be replaced and she went ahead and scheduled a technician to come on wednesday. on wednesday, i checked the dryers and they were NOT replaced, but the lousy tech only scraped off the substance on the vent grill. now when the dryers are on and hot, it will melt the black tar-like substance and once again ruin all materials. this company is either completely negligent or hiring incompetent workers that cannot follow directions / reasonable requests. i would personally like compensation for the damage to my property.

We felt like we were guests in his house, not customers in an appliance shop. Before even doing anything, he took a huge amount of time to get to know us and understand our needs. He showed us all the different models and spent literally hours explaining all of the ins and outs and made a recommendation based on what we like to cook, not just based on what looks nicest. And it happened not even to be the very most expensive model! During the process of figuring out what we want and ordering, we truly became friends with Jacques. He's hands down the kindest, most professional person not only in this business but in ANY business. He matched it to a wonderful professional hood at a great price and recommended a fantastic installer. Once it was time to deliver and install the Wolf, Jacques has his expert team do the work. It w;s difficult at first because I couldn't push it. I called customer service and they explained how to fix it. I did what they said and it worked well. The time came for a new vacuum, of course I wanted a Dyson. In fact, I purchased the exact same model. When it arrived it had the same problem. It wouldn' budge. I looked for the gasket that I cut from the first one but there wasn't a gasket. I called customer serevice, the agent wanted to ship tha vacuum back to be modified. It was a crazy idea I thought, so I just did nothing. I called them this morning to see what I could get done. This person's name was David. I explained the issue. He was not the most empathetic man I have ever come across. I explained that I purchased the vacuum a couple of months ago and that I have not been able to properly use it. He said that it sounds like the vacuum and my carpet were incompatible. His recomenatiiom was for us to buy a new carpet. Needless to aay, I won't use them again.

Stopped by today to see if this place was still open, I pass by it often and sometimes see…read moreappliances outside but lately I really never noticed them while I drove by before today. I have used them before but many years ago. So I arrive and there is a small fridge blocking the path to get in so I call the number outside and Hector answers the phone, told him if he was able to come out and he said come right in. So I moved the fridge to give me space, while moving it I saw Hector come out. Went inside and told him if he could see my gas dryer at home and how much would it cost for the home visit. He said $20 and if I made the repairs with him it will be waived. He arrived about a half hour later or so and came in. He was polite and honest. He saw the dryer and knew what it needed. He said he normally charges $115 to fix it but he will charge me $95 and have it working for me in no time. He already had the parts in hand with him since I told him back at the store my dryer wasn't heating just blowing cold air. He changed the thermal fuse and another piece and he was done in about 35 minutes. Gave him $100 and left it at that. Dryer is working now. If you want to save even more money I'm sure you could look up stuff on YouTube and do it yourself. I thought the price was decent and we never discussed warranty but I know he is honest, and I'm sure I can return and he can help me out again. He has been in the area for over 15 maybe 20 years.
