There is both English and Spanish speaking sales people/workers in the store. I initially went for a used fridge, but ended up buying a new one at a very fair price. Delivery was same day and within 2 hours of me buying it! I got lucky since they had another delivery out my way. Delivery is 35$ with used items. Maybe you can snag a deal. Set up was great, white glove service. Even helped me empty my fridge lol. Installed my new one quickly and gave me warranty info. Perfect from start to finish. Very disappointed!! Its long... But this had been my experience. I purchased a refrigerator and stove from this place. I found them on Yelp but also my mom told me she saw this place and suggested I should check them out. Needless to say... My mom is also disappointed. Initially... I was told they would deliver the same day (which helped my decision in purchasing here), but 30 mins after I left, I received a call that they wouldnt deliver until Monday which was 2 days later. After a stressful conversation and a threat to cancel.. The appliances were delivered. I give 4 stars to the delivery guys...they were great! The stove: The first time I used it made a noise, they came out and fixed it. The fridge: They also installed a new filter at the sink. However the water was coming out nasty and I was told to change that filter as they only will install one or the other. I was told they didnt have it in the store but I can purchase online (so I did), from the manufacturer. The water is still running out nasty, with particles so I called and spoke to the manager. I had a very stressful phone convo with her as she tried to blame the brand new filter that I purchased. Instead of sending someone to look at it. Yikes!!! Finally she said she will send someone out on that Saturday between 10am-2pm. No phone call no show. I was home all day waiting. I called the store and no answer. I am very disappointed... I feel like they are tryin to buy time from the warranty so that they can say they will not repair it. This had been the worst experience I ever had with such a large purchase. We bought a coin-operated dryer from Vladimir's appliances. It was in used condition and came with a 3-month warranty. It never worked. A Vladimir employee came to fix it 3 times within the warranty period and it kept not working. We called our contact Oscar and wrote about the defective dryer. They stopped returning our calls and refused to take responsibility by replacing the defective unit they sold us. Since the dryer was bought for a 3-unit building, we lost tenants over this. We would have loved to settle by them taking back the dryer and reimbursing the $300 we paid for it and just move on. They refused. We are now stuck filing with the Better Business Bureau and going to small claims court. If you do not want to end up with a defective unit, have to go to small claims court and deal with workers who do not know how to fix appliances when it is the service they are selling you, do not buy at Vladimir's. read more

I bought a washer & dryer in February with warranty for 90 days. My dryer stop heating up Ms. Lucy send her worker out and he fixed it. The sensor went out. This was in the same Month the warranty expired. In June my washer stop spinning, I called her and she send out her worker and I was told the water pump went out. A little over two years ago I bought a front loading washing machine and dryer set from them which was in good condition and worked fine. The washers motor went out due to me not clearing the trash value (not sure what it's called). I wasn't aware it existed, I was never told about it. Other than that, great experience.
