I don't want to compare to cirque du Soleil, but will for those wondering: I'd say cirque du Soleil is a tier above considering the abilities of the performers and the transitions between acts, AND Cirque Italia is priced accordingly! It's about half the price of cirque du Soleil. It's definitely worth the price of the tickets! It's up to you if you want to spend more once inside (concessions, glow toys, etc.). That will make the event much more expensive, but it doesn't have to be -- the choice is yours. Lol I definitely recommend this show. I went with my 17 year old son, 18 year old niece, my gf, and her 8 year old nephew. We ALL enjoyed and had a great time!

You will not find two more dedicated and loving individuals, and you will not find heart and passion for the arts like you will find in these two people. This permeates to their staff and to the children that they serve. RISPA is a home for young people who strive to be the best, and long for an accepting and loving environment where they can grow and hone their skills. Their professional attitudes and their devotion to their students goes far beyond the dance floor.They are true arts advocates on every level. Unfortunately in life, we do not always get what we want. We are not all as talented as the person sitting next to us. This is life. Auditions are just that- an opportunity for an individual to show the talent and determination that they have to be the best that they can be. There will always be those whose abilities are stronger or better than someone else, and there will always be those individuals that work harder than anyone else but never quite make it to the top. These are facts of life. Danny and Georgina along with their staff have always encouraged every kid along the way to be the best that they can be, and they provide the necessary tools to do so. There are no guarantees in life especially in the theatre, just because you participate does not qualify you to win an award. The arts builds character, changes lives and develops a cultural appreciation in all of us. Danny and Georgina have dedicated their lives to enriching the lives of others. Some were better thank others, for example, theater for the stage was good and the broadway type thing was good but 100% of the dance performances were AWFUL regardless of age or dancing style. not sure how after a year of practice they were still this terrible. Definitely did not reflect well on the school and it makes me wonder what parents are paying for. I always heard how great RISPA was but the recitals did not match the laurels. Yikes!

Miss Jackie is talented, experienced, and seasoned professional, and she is still beautiful person…read moreinside and out. My daughter has been singing and performing with Jackie for 4+ years all around the world from California (in person) to Korea (zoom). Miss Jackie took my daughter in as an evaluation as a new 5 year old and fell in love with her. Her technique and ability to teach and connect with little ones is so amazing. I don't know how a 5 year old manages to follow and remember everything she says. My daughter self sufficiently trains herself everyday whether it is breathing, warm ups, pitch, ear training, theory, or posture because Miss Jackie said to. Miss Jackie is one with her students and finds ways to unlock their potentials. It's hard to find a teacher that is so in tune with their students and she tries to challenge them to explore their ranges and genres. It's refreshing to hear my daughter sing things from musicals, pop, rock, and even the oldies. She doesn't only teach singing the way the kids will understand, she teaches them how to tell a story with the song in their performances or auditions. My daughter is learning about objectives and audiences to connect to the music to bring the song to life. It's so nice that Miss Jackie works with the parents and helps the kids in anyway she can. Because of Miss Jackie's eye and guidance for the last 4+ years, my daughter has been singing on stage, dabbled commercial/film acting, performed musical theater/plays, and has experience in voice over acting. I think we will be following Jackie forever or at least until my 10 year decides this is not her thing anymore. She will definitely be a lifetime mentor for my daughter.

I wanted to write a review for Jackie (something I never do) and I am struggling to find the words…read more To say our family is grateful to her is a huge understatement! She has given us the most beautiful gift and has become like family. Every week, she pours into our daughter and gives her not just an amazing voice lesson, but so much more! She is helping her read music and really understand the songs she is performing. She helps with audition tips, acting and so much more. I am amazed at how Jackie can tweak just one part of a song and take it from good to magical! In less than a year with Jackie, our daughter has made the most tremendous improvement in her vocal ability. Her technique, tone, ability to sustain long notes and hit every note on key has become strong and consistent! The feedback we get from people who haven't heard her sing recently is amazing. It seems like she has gotten several years of experience out of just 11 months of coaching with Jackie. She has taken our daughter one step closer to being a professional singer and we could not be more thankful to her! We love her so much and highly recommend her to anyone looking for the real deal!
