They didn't specialize in our type of motor but offered a replacement option and bid three levels of replacement fully installed. They were friendly and I did not have a negative experience. We ended up using a different complaint but I have to say that this company was the first to respond to the project request before 7am in the morning and they were at our home to assess by 10am.
