My last appt w/ Jessica A was 10/12, I had been a patient of hers for 4-5 yrs. I would never recommend her. She never took me seriously. My last appt was w/ her on 10/12 I went to see her b/c I had bern experiencing pain upon sex. She ran some simple blood tests & did an exam. On my f/u she said there is nothing else I can do for you. She never sent me for an ultrasound.. I knew I was never going back to see her. 4/13 I saw Margaret Cyzeski a gynecologist. She also blew me off (see my yelp review). 3/14 I had surgery to remove my left cyst which was 8cm. I had stage 5 endimetrosis w/ extreme scarring. Lt ovary was removed & so was my uterus. Lt ovary was extremely damaged & could not be saved. I have a cyst & endometrioma in Rt ovary which my new competant gynecologist is trying to control through medication. She did a great job also w/ the surgery.

I scheduled a follow up appointment with her this week after being seen in the emergency room over the weekend. This office is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays hours of 9-5 and it took me two days to even speak with someone from the office. I was being sent to the emergency service DURING BUSINESS HOURS because for some reason they were not answering their phones. I arrived at the office on the day and time of my scheduled visit for them to tell me that they stopped accepting my insurance 6 MONTHS AGO!! although I had an emergency visit around that time and was not notified of any issues. I even called over the phone before arrival to let them know I would be a few minutes late.. again, no one thought it would be beneficial to tell me that my insurance was not accepted. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Worst OBGYN office I've ever been to. The first time I went should've been my last. I had an appt,…read moresigned in, paid my copay, and an hour and 15 later still had not been seen. So I asked the receptionist, and they "forgot to leave my chart out for the doctor." That was my first bad experience with them. The next time I went for a biopsy. The Dr straight up told me that I may have cancer and then they'd have to do a hysterectomy. Um excuse me, you don't tell someone that unless you know for sure that they have cancer. Why freak someone out like that? She wouldn't have known that until the biopsy results came in. So after that I switched doctors (Dr. Ralph Epstein - GBMC. MUCH better than White Square) and by the way, I did not have cancer and was able to get a LEEP procedure rather than a LIFE-CHANGING hysterectomy at the age of 22. Oh and to top it all off, when I switched to my new doctor, I made sure to cancel my appt with White Square. Well I got a $25 missed appt bill in the mail. I was livid. Needless to say, after calling and letting them have a piece of my mind, I didn't end up having to pay it. Save yourself the trouble of going to this horrible office!!

The cost is really affordable and included all of the necessary services. This place is really a gift. I highly recommend this clinic for all female examinations and concerns.
