I had an appointment with Upper Chesapeake, and when I called to see if there had been any cancellations, they cancelled my appointment because my insurance card didn't have the specific doctor on it and had to start all over again. First Medical seen me in 2 days! Easy to get a hold of on the phone, or book an appointment online. Friendly and most helpful staff. Lab testing in their office and great communication. Doctors listen and respond with courses of action. I drive out of my way to go there.

There should have been absolutely no question about why I was visiting. I logged off of work early actually to do this appointment today only to be told once I got there that they only have one GYN and that doctor was not working today. Then when the woman asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her that I ultimately needed IUD change, she proceeds to tell me that the GYN doesn't do that. A very basic GYN function. If you need a school physical or vaccines any clinic will do, but if you want a doctor who cares about their patients, a front desk staff that doesn't get away with lying to parents and their boss William, run fast and far. Some doctors go above and beyond for the welfare of their patients, not Hoffert though! One issue you need their help with and you won't get a response from her or her front desk staff. We're pulling our 4 kids out of there ASAP. Good luck if you end up here, you'll need it.
