They also care about their equipment and the experience of their guests. I have not had a bad experience here yet. The first Sunday of every month, they host Toddlerdega, or an event where you can bring your own power wheels vehicle and younger kids can drive around the track. The event is from 9-11 am. The cost is $5 per driver and if you need to rent a power wheel for the day, it's an additional $20 for the session. The kids have such a great time and the other parents who attend have all been nice to meet. This is a good time to meet other parents with kids the same age (it's so hard as an adult to meet new people). Towards the end of the session, all of the kids can line up and participate in a grand prix. Recently, there's been so many participants that they've been racing kids by category. It's nice for a place to be so accommodating to toddlers. Our friends are planning a birthday party there. I'm excited to see what the experience will be like.

The karts here are well maintained with great track layout. The karts are gas-powered and very easy to speed on the track. During our time riding, we really enjoyed the variety. The track boasts a mix of turns and straight stretches, providing plenty of opportunities for overtaking. The staff is very friendly, and the karts are great. ProKarting is a fantastic spot for family fun, and it's a great place to celebrate special occasions as well.

It was a weekday so rather than paying $14 for parking (members only pay $7 with validation) we found free street parking. My 4 year old loved the touching tank upon entry and we learned about how lobsters shed their shells. It's a mixture of old and new structures so it can get confusing to navigate but we figured it out for the most part. Another favorite was the stingray area as well because you can get wet. I personally couldn't locate the otters but I will make it my mission next time. Lots of scheduled presentations! I think we will find plenty of reasons to come back. I noticed they also have a food court. Would love to see some sort of splash pad addition like at the one in Tampa. There is a cute waterfront playground just a stone's throw away!

The machines now have been upgraded with new systems that will allow the user to view their real time balance as they swipe their game cards. Also after some investigation, customers are welcomed to review a computer generated itemized report of their entire account activity. The food bar has also upgraded to include a pizza oven and the staff will prepare pizza to order and have stopped using frozen premade food. 7/11/26 around 6pm I went here and won a small chest from one of the claw machines to the left…read morebetween the front door and service desk. When I opened it there was a note inside. My younger sister and I were so excited about it we didn't give it a second thought and brought it right up to the counter. The woman at the counter gave us the points and said she'd text her manager about the note inside. We played for another 30 minutes or so and went back to the counter. She told us our point total and I asked if her manager had texted her back. She said they did, then "ha ha very funny" which caught me off guard. I realize now that it was a prank by whoever had the chest before, but I responded apologetically even though the attitude confused me. She told us something along the lines of "yeah well it's not real" like we were annoying her. She walked away while we were trying to just move on and choose our prizes. Another woman came to help us. The entire interaction left me feeling humiliated and incredibly insulted. I asked a question. I didn't deserve that. Disgusting experience.
