I had to reach out multiple times after they used excuses and I was about to take them to small claims court until it was finally replaced May 2026. They also had the audacity to try and charge me for the installation after 9 months. Low and behold there was an issue with the fuel pump that he installed and was leaking. I notified them that I got half a lap around the yard before it shut off and is leaking from the new part he added. He continued to give me the run around about getting someone to come look at it. I had to pay another mechanic to come fix it properly because I was done dealing with them.

They repaired my Ferrari better, faster and cheaper than what the local dealer could do. I wouldn't trust anyone but Rosso Service in Forest Hill, MD to service my cars. They only use the highest quality fluids and oil. Cars are stored indoors and secured. They treat my cars as if they were their own. I'm very particular and they use full seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers everytime I bring a car in for service. If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend them to have it looked over. They know all the common issues associated with these cars and do the most thorough pre-purchase inspection you can imagine. The experience here is second to none. They will show you exactly what they are repairing on your car and have you fully understand why it went wrong so you can do your best to prevent it from happening again! Although, they usually have a technique or updated version of the part being replaced so you will never have the same problem again. The mechanics are factory master technicians for Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati. That is very rare to have TWO of these mechanics in one location. So much more experience here than anywhere in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Try them once and you will be very impressed!!
