It rotted in his parking lot. He proceeded to do over $1,200 in repairs not included on the original estimate without consulting us. After doing all of this he then said it needed more work to pass inspection. He proceeded to refuse to do the extra work, and won't pass the inspection. He then proceeded to get mad at us while picking up the camper, told us he was done working with us and refused to do any additional work in order for it to pass Inspection. Cecil and the mechanic were both extremely unprofessional even go as far as yelling at the customers. Not sure how they are still in business as the mechanic actually purposefully damaged the camper floor while showing us where the rotting wood was. To reply to the business, I would love to hear any examples or recordings where we were disrespectful or argumentative with staff, all we did was ask for an estimate of how long it would take. We were told many times that the camper was in the shop when in reality it was not in the shop until weeks or months later. We have call logs showing 7 calls you never picked up, and many messages that you never called us back.

They both met with me after and described the work completed when we picked it up 5 days later.
