The appointment was for a LOF, tire rotation and washer repair. Brett e-mailed us photos of the air filter and cabin filter. Both clearly showed that they needed replaced and we approved this. What a terrific idea...we had never had pics sent to us while our vehicle was being worked on. Brilliant! The local auto conglomerate had told us a few months back that our rear brakes were 2/32 and needed immediate replacement. While rotating our tires today, Fadely's notes that the rear brake pads (both sides, inner and outer) in fact measure 7/32. Wow! One guess what we think of that other shop (dealership) now. The cherry on top of the sundae was our bill was about $25 less than quoted. What an awesome experience we had with Brett Fadely! Quality work, an honest price, even a thorough explanation when picking up our vehicle. A-plus!

Total joke! he tells me I see you will need inspection and emission in a month and a half you won't be able to get it with check engine light on I'm wanna the only shops that can take care of that for you and gives me the stickers didnt pass inspection or emissions He should have did the right thing and fix my catalytic converter for cost of the converter with no charge for doing it absolutely not a good person he said sorry multiple times but guess what my check engine light still on throwing same code I went in there for and he is fine with that THATS NOT A GOOD PERSON.

I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

Had no idea so I paid with a credit card only to find out that there is an addition 3% charge on top of it. I had diagnostics done at 2 different places prior. The car was running fine when it was dropped off. I start the car and discover that the engine is running rough, and the check engine light is still ON! Was told that the problem was an ignition coil was bad. I didn't get more than a few blocks from the shop and a pry bar extension fell out from under the car! When I went to the counter to pay, I was told "no, charge, have a safe trip". If you had guessed that it was only a blown fuse, you would be correct. So when our car broke down on the way home to Harrisburg from York, let me tell you how excited my husband and I were :P Fortunately, we found Premier Autowerks and had our car towed there. The shop was able to figure out the problem and fix it the same day. The two guys who work here used to be Audi technicians for several years so we knew our baby was in good hands.
