I described to the owner's what I needed based on their many photographs on IG. I chose a metal sign with the new married large initial with the last name underneath. There is beautiful scrollwork surrounding the initial and name. It is painted a nice matte black. They took the time to listen and ask questions and were very friendly. In short time they messaged me a rendering of the design and it seemed lovely. I paid the invoice and told him that I would be in the area in three days and they had it ready for me exactly the way I wanted and on time. They are very nice family and you could tell that they take pride in their business. So I would highly recommend them. BEWARE! Hired Dylan Jamison's company, Green Creek Wood & Metal Shop, to replace the metal window…read moreboxes, grates and garage hardware at my Ocean City home due to all the rust on the original pieces. Dylan was well aware of where the home was (ie. at the shore) and well aware of the climate and elements. He knew the original problem was with rust. He told us the items he provided "would be powder coated and would not rust for years" and even provided a written one year warranty. The items were installed last summer. The grates started rusting by fall. Every single item he replaced was rusted by this March. He will not make good on his warranty. Here is the written reply he sent to me regarding the problem: "There is nothing else i can do for you Gina i feel i have already gone above and beyond i can not control the weather." So despite being well aware of the weather in Ocean City and despite providing a one year warranty I am stuck spending thousands of dollars on items on my home that are once again covered in rust. I am disgusted with Dylan and his company. I DO NOT recommend them.

We have had a leaky roof and lost shingles from day one. We have had him out every year and all he does is band-aid the problem. There are many nail pops and that is why shingles are blowing off.
