They brought a large bucket truck, but did not need it for my particular trees. I recommended their…read moreservices to two of my neighbors, but afterwards discovered problems with their last job for me (e.g., the stump grind in 2016). Gale (I assume their sub-contractor) was to contact me BEFORE coming out to do the tree stump grind so I could give my neighbor a heads-up to remove their fence panel for complete stump access. Not only did Gale (or anyone from Trapper's for that matter contact me in advance) but the job was done when I was out of town. Since I was not home (or notified) I did not have time to request that my neighbor have his fence panel removed which he agreed to do if I gave him the heads up. The fence panel needed to be removed so that the grinder could access the complete stump via my neighbor's property. Also, this company left me with a huge pile of mulched wood to clean up which I would have been more than happy to pay to be removed. Once I removed the large pile of mulched wood from the stump area, to my disappointment I found that the stump grind had not been completed. I followed up with this company with no return phone calls or emails. I can not recommend this company.
