Roger, the owner of Trees R Us, does incredible work. We hired him a couple years ago to take out a very large tree in our front yard, and just hired him again to do some trees in our backyard. We just had he and his team take down three trees (to the fence line), left the word, and trimmed up two other trees. He did it for such a good price, can't recommend him enough!! Roger and his team work very professionally, clean up after themselves with rakes & leaf blowers, and get the job done quickly. Also for cheaper than anyone else I've quoted in Columbus. But, cheap does not mean unprofessional. They are very professional, well trained about how to handle correct tree downing and removal; they know what they're doing. read more

I don't understand the glowing reviews on here at all. They made a complete mess of my yard. Roger was told not to touch a row of evergreens and instead his "crew" started whacking at them with chainsaws. When they hit landscaping cables in the evergreens that are there to stabilize them he got pissed and decided to reciprocate by damaging my property while I was absent. He disassembled a recirculating fountain, pulled the pump out and cut the wiring to the fountain. A landscaping timber was pulled from its' location and dumped in another part of the yard. they was cutting a tree down in my backyard, wanted paid up front...WELL it started to rain while they was cutting the tree down, they decided to leave and NEVER came back to finish the job when they told us they would!! this marks two years they still haven't even came back and finished the job!! they never even gave us half the money back or anything!!! read more

So these guys show up to trim trees in my friend's neighborhood. They actually trimmed a tree on my friend's property that was hanging over to the neighbor's. They're cutting away and something bangs on her rof. So she goes out there and asks what happened. She proceeded to get berated by the guy supervising the job. Jerks. read more

Great work when they'd complete the job. I was dumb enough to pay in advance to have 2 trees cut down. Spoke to the owner said it would happen that weekend, he never showed, I called again said he'd be at my neighbors house and would finish the job, never showed up. I try calling and leaving a vm and sent several text messages and no response. I am one of the morons who trusted someone and took them for their work only to be ghosted. Roger and his crew thinned out three trees that were overgrown and either scraping our house or not doing well. He also trimmed up all of the overgrown trees on both sides of our house. He did a great job of explaining everything to me while we talked about the quote. His price was comparable to another quote we received (and way better than a third quote we received), and he followed up with us a few days after giving us the quote. He did an amazing job and checked in with us after he finished one section before going on to another. He is friendly, takes the time to explain what is going on with the trees in question, and his work is top notch. I would absolutely hire him again. read more

These guys are working across the street and down the street at least two houses. I expect to here saws but while I'm in my house, with all the windows closed, trying to work from home I can't drown out loud thumping music! Oh and one of the guys singing incredibly loudly.
